5. Deposits & Custom Orders

Deposits placed on livestock or farm products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final balances for custom or reserved products must be paid according to the timeline provided at purchase. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.

6. Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, seasonal demand, or farm-related circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Mellon Patch is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.

Local pickup arrangements may be available for select items.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Honey
• Livestock
• Personal care items opened or used

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

Our artisan and homestead products are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in color, texture, scent, or appearance are normal and do not qualify as defects.
